Inter Milan of Italy winger, Victor Moses could become the next Nigerian player to have Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Anthony Martial as his teammate, sequel to reports that his Italian Serie A club are interested in signing both striker, megasportsarena.com learnt,
Although Moses is not certain of extending his current loan deal from Chelsea at Inter during the summer, the possibility still lingers that he could be around to welcome Aubameyang and Martial at The San Siro if he does decided to stay put into next season.
Aubameyang, who used to be a teammate of Everton midfielder, Alex Iwobi at Arsenal, is currently enjoying the services of Nigerian-born winger-cum-left-back, Bukayo Saka at The Gunners, while Martial is rubbing shoulders with Odion Jude Ighalo at United, but they could not link forces with Moses at The Nerazzurri.
This follows a report out of The Land of The Azurri earlier this weekend that Aubameyang and Martial are top of Inter’s wishlist in the summer, alongside Borrusia Dortmund of Germany sensation, Timo Warner, but the may opted to keep hold of Moses, considering that Lautaro Martinez appears to be on his way out of the former European champions.
A report by Daily Mail adds: “Inter Milan are reportedly resigned to the fact that they will lose star striker Lautaro Martinez this summer with Barcelona among the clubs plotting a move for the player. The 22-year-old has attracted interest from the Spanish giants after scoring 16 times in 31 appearances for Antonio Conte’s side.
“Inter president Steven Zhang had vowed not to cash-in on the forward but Mundo Deportivo say the Italian outfit do expect a club to meet his £92m release clause before July 15. A new striker is a top priority for Barca this summer with Luis Suarez now 33 and Ousmane Dembele likely to leave after a series of injury problems.
“Mundo Deportivo also claim that Inter have begun their search for a replacement for Martinez. The Spanish outlet say the Nerazzurri are ‘thinking big’, their sights set on Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Leipzig star Timo Werner and Manchester United’s Anthony Martial.”
