Club Brugge of Belgium striker, Emmanuel Dennis Bonaventure is bound to leave the club for only €12m, rather than the €30m evaluation handed him by the hierarchy at his team, as the latest transfer market ratings across Europe have fixed him at a lower fee, megasportsarena.com reports.
Brugge have been holding out for a mammoth payday on the Super Eagles’ rookie, with a club value of €30m stipulated for him, but latest figures released by Transfermarkt give him less than half of that value, which means Bonaventure is bound to leave for a lower asking price.
He is already generating keen interest from Arsenal, Manchester United and Crystal Palace of England, with high expectations of a deal coming possibly in January, following the lad’s exploits in the UEFA Champions League and domestic championship in Belgium.
The 22-year-old lad is, however, still bound to curry some level of strength in any deal that comes his way, though, as he is now the fifth costliest Nigeria player of the moment on the international football transfer market.
It will be also be a step up for Bonaventure, who joined Club Brugge for €1.3m from FC Zorya of Ukraine in July 2017, and has since scored eight goals in 26 appearances in all competitions this season, two of which came on a magical night against Real Madrid of Spain in the UCL.
