Spartak Moscow of Russia winger, Victor Moses has revealed how much he is enjoying life in the Russian Premier League club, where he says he is enjoying a rare family atmosphere and close friendships, megasportsarena.com reports.
In spite of recent reports indicating that he was still sulking over a red card he received in action with the club the previous weekend, Moses insists he is enjoying his stay in the Russian capital, especially in the company of his close pals, Bakaye and Zobnev.
The former Super Eagles’ star, who appeared in 37 international matches for Nigeria and scored 12 goals, the last of which was a penalty against Lionel Messi’s Argentina at Russia 2018 World Cup, added that he has nothing to complain about at his current team.
The once-fearsome dazzler, who is on loan at Spartak from Chelsea of England, following two back-to-back disappointing spells with Fernebahce of Turkey and Inter Milan of Italy, concluded with a verdict that his days in Moscow will get even better.
Moses, whose desire for a full transfer to Inter fell through due to financial reasons and he ended up joining Spartak on loan instead, posited: “This is the Russian Manchester United. A large club with a family atmosphere.
“I like the team, there are cool guys here: Bakaye, Zobnev. Yes, and other guys. The atmosphere is great. So I speak only good words about Spartak. Still, it would have become at least a little warmer on the street.”
