The minister confirmed that in the process of making plans for the duo, in furthering his aim to discover new talents in the country, he also stumbled on the young swimmer fondly called Fish, the emergence of all three he enthused will be symbols of his efforts at nurturing hidden talents to become future professionals in all aspects of Nigerian sports.
