Wilfred Ndidi Samuel Chukwueze, Emmanuel Dennis and Henry Onyekuru have been passed fit by their clubs medics to return to action for this weekend’s matches.
Megasportsarena.com reports that the quad were reportedly down with injuries as Nigeria prepared to face Algeria in friendly matches in Constantine and Oran last weekend, and Tuesday this week .
All four players started training with their clubs (Villarreal, Leicester City, Nottingham Forest and Adana Demirspor) during the week and will take part in this weekend’s games in the English Premier League and the Turkish Super League.
Ndidi, who left the Nigerian camp in Constantine to attend to a hamstring issue in England, will be in the heart of the Foxes midfield as they face Emmanuel Dennis and his Nottingham Forest pals in Monday’s crunch tie.
Chukwueze is also expected to lace boots for the Yellow Submarine in their La Liga game against Cadiz tomorrow after recovering from a minor muscle-related problem.
Meanwhile, Henry Onyekuru will lead his club’s attack in Saturday’s Turkish Super Lig top-of-the-table clash against his former club Galatasaray, so says Adana Demirspor coach Vincenzo Montella.
