Carney Chukwuemeka Ruled Out Of Chelsea’s Match V Palace

Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka will not play a part in Chelsea’s derby game against Crystal Palace on Saturday, Megasportsarena.com reports.

The Blues manager Graham Potter, who was conducting his first press conference prior to a league game since taking over at Chelsea, disclosed that Carney Chukwuemeka, N’Golo Kante, Edouard Mendy, and Marc Cucurella are out of tomorrow’s Premier League match.

‘We’ve got a bit of illness with Marc Cucurella and Carney. Apart from that, everybody is fit.’

‘They’re not available,’ reported Potter.

His first assignment in the Premier League is at Selhurst Park, and speaking to the media at Cobham he also provided an update on other players availability, N’Golo Kante and Edouard Mendy.

‘They’re absolutely fine in terms of coming through the rehab stages. NG has been on the grass with the team, but not really full training.

‘Edou is a bit further on, but hasn’t had enough to be involved at the weekend. Maybe next week for him.’ He added.
