Bayern Munich of Germany attacker, Joshua Orobosa Zirkzee has gained frenetic transfer attention from Everton of England and AC Parma of Italy, thereby leaving officials at his German Bundesliga side worried about what could be an impending exit for the Nigerian-born lad.
Megasportsarena.com gathered that The Bavarians are not ready to allow Zirkzee go just yet, such that the European champions are already mulling over Parma’s transfer bid and Everton’s loan offer for the former Feyenoord of Netherlands youth team player.
This comes after both clubs submitted offers for the 19-year-old Dutch under-21 international, who wants to move on due to a lack of first team opportunities, as he remains far behind Robert Lewandowski and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting in Bayern coach, Hansi Flick’s pecking order.
A loan bid by Everton, with an option to buy set at ten million euro is being studied by Bayern and a decision on his next destination is expected to be made before the window closes for Zirkzee, who has recorded 17 appearances and four goals for the Munich club’s first team.
A report by Sky Deutschland added: “Everton have tabled an offer for Bayern Munich striker Joshua Zirkzee. The Dutch youngster has been made available by Bayern this month.
“Both Everton and Parma have made offers for the striker (though) the 19-year-old Dutchman is still under contract at Bayern until 2023.
“It’s suggested Everton and Parma are both keen to take Zirkzee on-loan to June with the option to buy in the region of €10-11m.”
