Napoli striker Victor Osimhen was delighted with his double for victory over Udinese
Osimhne struck a double for the 2-1 win in the Serie A.
“The atmosphere was really good, even though we weren’t really ourselves in the first half, but we showed a good reaction in the second half,” Osimhen told DAZN.
“Big thank you to the fans never stopped cheering us on and this win is really very important for us.”
There was also an Udinese penalty appeal in stoppages, but Osimhen clearly told Gerald Deulofeu he was so confident that he encouraged a VAR review.
“I was showing it hit me in the chest, so I was really sure. He was telling me check the VAR, I said go ahead, no problem, because I know it hit me in the chest.”
