Super Eagles Arrive Kumasi For World Cup Playoff v Ghana

The Super Eagles have arrived in Ghana ahead of their World Cup play-off first leg match on Friday, Megasportsarena.com reports.

The Nigerian team and officials departed the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja aboard a chartered Air Peace aircraft on Thursday morning and touched down in Kumasi about two hours later.

Nigeria tackle Ghana at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi from 8.30pm Nigerian time on Friday, March 25, with the reverse fixture billed for the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja on Tuesday, March 29, from 6pm.

The winner over two legs will earn one of Africa’s five slots to the FIFA World Cup finals, scheduled for  November  14 to December  18 this year in Qatar.
