Wilfred Ndidi has confirmed he will be joining EnglishPremier League champions Leicester City in January.
“It’s time to take time to take the next step. I need to make improvements, it will be a challenge. Let’s wait till January and see what happens.” He said Thursday morning on Megasports, a daily sports show on Star FM, Lagos
The Genk of Belgium midfield enforcer also sees the move to the EPL as a huge challenge him and his career.
“I just feel anytime you try to do some things, you must improve. It’s a challenge to me and it’s the next step in my life. There are some things I want to improve on. Maybe when I get there the manager will help my improvement in the game.”
Ndidi has been a massive bargain buy for Belgian club Genk in two short years and he is headed to Leicester for a fee that could go up to 18.6 million pounds with add-ons as a top-class defensive midfielder.
