Manchester City of England youngster, Lukas Nmecha is set to join VfL Wolfsburg of Germany in a summer transfer fee worth €10m, megasportsarena.com reports.
Nmecha fancies the chance of heading back to the country of his birth, following last season away on loan at RSC Anderlecht of Belgium and Wolfsburg are now just a step away from landing the Nigerian-born lad.
A report by Kicker Magazine adds: “The Germany U21 international is set to move to Wolfsburg for a fee of €10m. Nmecha and VfL have already agreed personal terms and Wolfsburg are now in talks With City over a final price.
“Nmecha had a previous loan spell with Wolves during the 2019/20 season. He spent last term with Vincent Kompany’s Anderlecht. The 22 year-old won the U21 Euros this summer with Germany, finishing the tournament leading goals scorer.”
