British motorsport legend and multiple world champion, Lewis Hamilton has disclosed that he aims to take up a career in movie acting after quitting Formula 1 driving, megasportsarena.com gathered.
The 35-year-old six-time Formula 1 world champion admits he is nearing retirement and, with his dream high up on his mind, Hamilton revealed that he is already going through training to be a Hollywood movie star.
After sharing videos of himself on social media at a shooting range preparing for his future as an action movie actor in his next career, the current world champion, who was seen drawing a pistol from a holster before firing at a number of targets, said he is eager to live his passion.
In the second clip, Hamilton, who has previously made clear his desire to move into the movie business and worked with Arnold Schwarzenegger and James Cameron on Netflix documentary, The Game Changers, repeats the shooting sequence with a rifle, earning plaudits from the large entourage behind him including his brother, Nicholas.
He further disclosed that he has also held discussions about roles in movies such as Tinseltown and the new Top Fun sequel, and added: “Excited to show you something I’ve started working on. I’ve always loved action movies and dreamed of one day being in one.
“This is where Keanu Reeves trains for his john wick movies so I came here to start training for my first movie role. This is only day 1, was a super fun few hours in a safe professional environment. Keanu, gimme a call, mans ready.”
