Nigeria under-20 national team, Flying Eagles’ former striker, Kehinde Fatai is relishing his latest move in Europe, as he has sealed a deal with FC Argeș of Romania, megasportsaena.com reports.
In response to the sealed deal, the 31-year-old former youth international, who also featured for Nigeria’s under-23 squad, Olympic Eagles, for a while, admitted it is a new lease of life for his career.
He will now aim to hit the ground running at his new base, as he has not been playing for some months after being suspended, and the once vibrant hitman will try all he can to make the best of the short-term deal that will run from October 1st till end of the season.
The deal includes an option of another year, thereby according further opportunities of stability for the leggy lad, who was born in Jos and started professional with JUTH FC in the Plateau State capital.
He then went on to star for Astra Giurgiu and Farul Constanta of Romania, Sparta Prague of Czech Republic, Dinamo Minsk of Belarus, Club Brugge of Belgium and FC Ufa of Russia.
