Bayern Munich of Germany youngster, Jamal Musiala is attracting transfer interest from Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City of England, as the three English Premier League sides eek to take advantage of botched contract talks between The Bavarians and the Nigerian-born lad.
Megasportsarena.com reports that initial talks between Musiala’s camp and the Munich-based German Bundesliga side appeared to collapse on account of their failure to reach an agreement over wages due the lad, but that might now open the path for him towards the EPL.
With that prospect inline, the top three EPL side are now said to be jostling for the Nigerian-born lad, who is already an England youth international, and details of the report out of Deutschland add that the trio are already seriously monitoring the attacking midfielder.
A report by Spox.com adds that the England under-21 international’s future at Bayern Munich is now in doubt, unless The Bavarians agree to conditions in his demand for a massive wage increment before agreeing to extend his contract at Allianz Arena.
It was further gathered that the 17-year-old lad’s agents are asking for an annual salary of 5.8 million euro for the former Chelsea of England youth team player, who had initially been due to sign his first professional contract with Bayern next month.
However, it now appears that negotiations have stalled, leaving the door open for The Reds, Red Devils and Citizens to sneak in, with all three EPL giants ready to swoop for Musiala, should he eventually insist on not extending his stay in Munich.
As it stands, Musiala has less than 18 months running on his current contract with Bayern, which he joined from Chelsea in 2019, and he has set a number of milestones, with three goals to his name, in the course of 19 games for the Munich-based club’s first team.
