Fulham of England striker, Timmy Abraham has missed out on the possibility of a deal with Borussia Dortmund of Germany, after the Bundesliga outfit reportedly made a late attempt to sign him last week, megasportsarena.com reports.
The younger brother of Chelsea star, Tammy Abraham was said to be a loan target for BVB and they even held talks with Fulham about a loan deal for a fee of €2.2m for him, but both clubs ran out of time to close a deal before the summer transfer market’s deadline.
Although Timmy Abraham is currently with Fulham’s U23 team, after spending last season on-loan with Bristol Rovers, a report by Transfermarkt.de added that BVB had planned to sign the youngster for the first team.
