William Troost-Ekong, Leon Balogun and Ola Aina were among the early birds to arrive the Super Eagles camp in Abuja as preparation begins for the World Cup playoff against Ghana.
Megasportsarena.com reports that Semi Ajayi and Frank Onyeka are also in camp.
The players arrival was confirmed on the team’s official Twitter handle on Monday morning.
“Update! 5 players in camp…William Troost-Ekong, Leon Balogun, Semi Ajayi, Ola Aina, Frank Onyeka. #SoarSuperEagles.”
Nigeria face the Black Stars in the first leg at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi on Friday.
The reverse fixture is billed for the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja four days later.
The winner of the tie will be in Qatar for the World Cup later this year.
