Joe Aribo is excited he scored his first Premier League goal with his right foot.
The Nigeria international inspired Southampton’s 2-2 draw against Leeds United at the St Mary’s Stadium on Saturday.
Aribo led the comeback reducing the deficit 18 minutes from time and he can’t believe he scored with his right foot.
Joe Aribo made his home debut, scored his first Southampton goal in the 72nd minute and orchestrated Saints equaliser 10 minutes later for a pulsating finish.
“I’m buzzing I was able to leave my impact on the game. I’m happy I was able to help the team fight back. I think the fans stayed behind us even when it got to 2-0. Surprised I got my first Premier League goal with my right foot.”
