Tim Iroegbunam Pens New Contract

1

Aston Villa has announced that Tim Iroegbunam has signed a new contract with the club, Megasportsarena.com reports.

The Nigerian midfielder’s deal runs until 2027 and will see him become a full-time member of Steven Gerrard’s first-team squad.

Iroegbunam, an England Under-19 international, arrived at Villa as an Academy signing last summer from West Bromwich Albion, where he’d joined as an Under-8 before progressing through the ranks.

The 18-year-old has been training regularly with the first team this term and made his senior debut as a substitute against Brighton & Hove Albion last month.
