Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr will soon be paid a backlog of salaries he is being owed by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
The German is owed over eight months in salaries and allowances and we heard that the former Burkina Faso manager will be paid in time just before Nigeria’s 2022 World Cup Qualifier against The Central African Republic.
Rohr’s Nigeria assistants, Joseph Yobo and the team’s goalkeeper coach Alloy Agu will also receive their salaries.
The team is currently preparing for the World Cup Qualifying doubleheader against the CAR.
The Super Eagles host Les Fauves at the Teslim Balogun on October 7 before travelling to Douala for the second leg three days later.
