Spartak midfielder Victor Moses will be out of action for six months following a 32nd minute injury he sustained in his club’s Russia Premier League tie against Ural on Saturday in Yekaterinburg, Megasportsarena.com reports.
A club statement confirmed on Monday after he underwent a medical examination.
“The Nigerian has been diagnosed with Achilles tendon damage. The player will have to undergo surgery. It will take about six months to recover from injury. We wish Victor a speedy return to the field!”
