Chelsea of England fast-rising youth team striker, Bryan Fiabema has stated delight with his stunning winning goal for The Blues in their UEFA Youth League victory over visiting FF Malmo of Sweden, megasportsarena.com reports.
Fiabema topped the show when he helped his side storm back from two goals down to steal maximum points, as the Nigerian-born Norway international helped The Blues roar back from the brink of victory to snatch a dramatic win.
The youngster was in buoyant mood, as he celebrated Chelsea’s come-from-behind victory on Wednesday afternoon, considering that the two-time champions earlier looked dead and buried while trailing 2-0 with half an hour left.
The London-based side appeared at sea, after a brace from Bjerkebo, but they showed character and fought back to snatch all three points at Kingsmeadow, where Rankine and Simons netted the first two and Fiabema made it 3-2 before Silko Thomas put the cherry on top of the cake.
With 13 minutes left on the clock, Fiabema turned the game around when his downward header beat the visitors’ goalkeeper after a deep ball to the far post and he took to social media soon after to relish joy of the moment.
Fiabema, whose five goals so far this season for Chelsea’s youth teams, have come in the English Premier League 2, EFL Trophy and UEFA Youth League, declared: “The comeback is real.”
