29 Super Falcons are in a training camp in Abuja ahead of next year’s Women’s AFCON qualifiers against Côte d’Ivoire.
The camp started on Monday and will last nine days as they prepare for the final round of qualifying series for the competition holding in the summer of next year.
Team coach, Randy Waldrum has a blend of home based and overseas based professionals to tinker with and is optimistic the camp will help the girls get ready for the task ahead.
The Falcons reached the final round of the qualifiers following a 2-1 aggregate win over Ghana, and will confront Côte d’Ivoire February next year for a place in Morocco.
