West Ham United are interested in signing Emmanuel Dennis from Watford this summer if they are relegated, with the Hornets valuing him at between £20-30m according to reports monitored by Megasportsarena.com.
The Nigerian forward has had an excellent debut season in the Premier League, scoring ten goals and registering five assists so far this season.
But with the Hornets looking sure to be relegated down to the Championship, the 25-year-old wants to remain in the top flight and West Ham are a side that have shown interest.
Reports also have it that Newcastle manager Eddie Howe is interested in signing him although he doesn’t view him as a priority signing.
There is also interest from another unnamed Premier League side, plus sides in Italy and Spain too. They say he is ‘almost certain’ to leave this summer if Watford are relegated.
Dennis has proven to be a shrewd bit of business for Watford, joining from Club Brugge for just £3m last summer and since lighting the league up.
Described as ‘electric’ in the past, Dennis would absolutely suit what West Ham are trying to build and the profile of player that Moyes likes to have in his attacking areas.
