PSV Eindhoven of Netherlands youngster, Chinonso Madueke (Noni) has gained an amazing late summer transfer link with Liverpool of England, megasportsarena.com reports.
The Nigerian-born England youth international has been in the news all summer long, with many top clubs in Spain, Italy and France already reportedly on his track, but the link from Liverpool is coming unexpectedly.
This is sequel to startling information on offer from Queensland, indicating that a move to Anfield is now looming the lad, who left the youth set-up at Tottenham Hotspur of England in the summer of 2018, and he enjoyed a hugely successful breakthrough campaign last term.
Madueke caught the eye of many suitors after he struck nine goals and assisted eight others in 32 appearances for PSV across all competitions during the past season, which also attracted the egg heads of Tottenham and Manchester United.
A report by British tabloid, Daily Mail added: “Liverpool are set to monitor the teenager during PSV’s Champions League qualifying playoff second leg with Benfica on Tuesday evening, but a whole host of clubs will also be watching.
“Borussia Dortmund, Leicester City, Bayer Leverkusen and Wolverhampton Wanderers are all set to send scouts to Tuesday’s game, and a recent report claimed that PSV would consider bids of at least £40m.
“However, manager Roger Schmidt had previously ruled out the possibility of selling the England Under-21 international, who already has six goals and one assist to his name from eight games this season.”
