Nigeria v Ghana WC Playoff: NFF Request 10,000 Tickets From Ghana

0

The Nigeria Football Federation has requested for 10,000 tickets from the Ghana’s Ministry of Youth and Sports for the first leg of the 2022 World Cup playoff against Ghana.

The NFF are making advanced preparations ahead of the crucial encounter against their West Africa rivals later this month.

Megasportsarena.com reports that this may however be a tall dream as the Cape Coast stadium that will host the match admits only 15,000 spectators, which would mean that the NFF is requesting tickets for more than half of the actual capacity of the arena.

The Black Stars host Nigeria’s Super Eagles on March 25, 2022 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium before traveling to Abuja for the second leg on March 29 at the Moshood Abiola Stadium.

The Cape Coast Sports Stadium has been home to the Black Stars for the World Cup qualifiers.
