Caleb Chukwuemeka Cast In Doubt With Hamstring Injury

0

Livingston of Scotland youngster, Caleb Chukwuemeka has been cast in doubt for a place in his club’s squad for this weekend’s Scottish Premiership clash with Motherwell, as he is down with a hamstring injury.

Megasportsarena.com reports that Chukwuemeka will not be there to battle Motherwell, as his coach, David Martindale named him among the team’s injury worries for his side’s cinch showdown at Tony Macaroni Arena.

The team’s top striker, Bruce Anderson is also still out but is said to be ahead of schedule in his bid to recover and could be back for the first game after the split.

While Chukwuemeka is likely to miss out again with a slight hamstring tweak for Livy, Motherwell’s coach, Graham Alexander has the privilege of selecting an unchanged squad.

This is despite earlier reports that a couple of his players were affected by illness at the start of this week.

However, while the ill ones are all back in training, Nathan McGinley and Barry Maguire both remain out through injury.
