Ahmed Musa has a new coach in his Turkish club and he looks forward to starting a working relationship with him, reports Megasportsarena.com.
Andre Pirlo has been named new coach of Turkey’s Fatih Karagumruk and Nigeria captain, Musa, who was on duty with the Super Eagles in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against São Tomé and Príncipe when the former Italian midfield maestro was named, is excited to hear the news and hopes the club will improve under the new manager.
“It’s good to hear, can’t wait to link up with him and the rest of the squad for preseason.” Musa declared.
The former Juventus coach moves to Karagumruk a year after leaving his job with the Bianconeri.
Pirlo has signed a one-year deal with Karagumruk and will begin his job on July 1.
While in Istanbul, the Italy great visited the Turkey squad and met again with his old Juve defender Merh Demiral.
