AC Milan hero Mauro Tassotti has hailed Fikayo Tomori‘s impact this season.
The former Chelsea defender has been a key influence as Milan are one game away from winning the Scudetto.
Tassotti told La Gazzetta dello Sport: “Tomori is very good in recoveries, he has an impressive speed. He anticipates a lot, he is always aggressive: for characteristics he reminds me of Vierchowod.
“(Davide) Calabria? I have always followed him with sympathy, defended and appreciated for his constant growth.
“It is important to have a player in the first team who comes from the youth sector, it is a sign for the whole club. He was the author of a great season, he also deserves the Azzurri consideration.”
