AS Monaco of France new signing, Henry Onyekuru has promised to give his very best effort to the Ligue 1 club, as he declared that he wants to make the best out of his switch from Everton of England, megasportsarena.com reports.
Although the winger-cum-attacker initially expressed a strong desire to stay put at Galatasaray of Turkey, where he largely impressed during a successful loan spell from Everton last season, Onyekuru said he will now fully focus on the new season with Monaco.
While adding that hen is delighted with his move to Monaco, Onyekuru, who did not get a single appearance with Everton, after first signing for them in 2017, as The Toffees could not get a UK work permit for him, the ex-KAS Eupen and RSC Anderlecht of Belgium dazzler said he is eager and determined to make the best of his new deal that runs till 2024.
Onyekuru stressed: “I am very happy to join a big club like AS Monaco. I will give everything to progress and help the club make a good season.
“Enchanted Monaco, new championship, new challenge! I cannot wait for it to start! I cannot wait to find my teammates.”
