Leon Balogun Is Glad To Be Back!

Leon Balogun makes a return to action on Thursday after months out no thanks to injury.

The defender recovers in time for the Super Eagles World Cup Playoff games against the Black Stars of Ghana next month.

Balogun knows Rangers will need to be alert to the attacking threat of Borussia Dortmund as they host the Germans at Ibrox tomorrow evening.

The Light Blues head into the UEFA Europa League knockout play-off second-leg with a 4-2 victory following a strong display last Thursday.

Balogun has missed the last few matches through injury, including last week’s first-leg, but when asked about his fitness ahead of tomorrow’s tie he responded: “All I can say is I am available again, I am back fit and I have been craving to get ready for these kind of fixtures – I am here and I am ready.”
