Shrewsbury Town of England attacker, Daniel Udoh has gained a strong summer transfer link with English Championship outfit, Millwall, who are reportedly keen on signing him in the summer transfer window.
Megasportsarena.com gathered that this is sequel to recent high ratings that are trailing the former Golden Eaglets’ invitee, who has scored 15 goals in all competitions so far this season, including 12 in the EFL League One.
A report by Football Insider disclosed that a scout from Millwall was present to watch Udoh recently in during Shrewsbury’s 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town at Montgomery Waters Meadow.
The scout appeared to have been excited by what he saw of the 25-year-old Udoh, who was invited to train with the Golden Eaglets in 2013, before the team went on to win the FIFA U17 World Cup in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The youngster, who is also eligible for Togo and England, is rated as a pacy and powerful attacker, with several highlights that include scoring against Liverpool in the third round of this season’s English FA Cup.
Udoh will now hope that something concrete comes out of Milwall’s interest in his signature, which would see him step up from his present status with third-tier Shrewsbury and advance into the lower division of English football.
