Nigeria’s under-23 national team, Olympic Eagles’ former invitee, Bright Enobakhare has sensationally achieved a return to Coventry City of England two years after leaving them, megasportsarena.com reports.
The 23-year-old Enobakhare, who last played for SC East Bengal of India, makes the move back to the League One club, where he spent the second half of the 2018/19 season on loan, during which he scored six goals and provided three assists in 18 matches.
During his first spell with The Sky Blues, Enobakhare emerged as the club’s young player of the season, following which he got 43 games combined for Wolverhampton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic.
The Wolves’ academy product, who has also previously played for Kilmarnock of Scotland and AEK Athens of Greece, rejoins Coventry on a free transfer following the expiry of his contract at East Bengal.
The Olympic Eagles’ squad member to the 2019 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations in Egypt, has signed a two-year deal with Coventry, with the club having the option of a further year’s extension.
