Francis Uzoho keeps his position in goal, with Ola Aina, William Troost-Ekong and Leon Balogun also named in the starting eleven.
Glasgow Rangers left-back Calvin Bassey takes the place of Zaidu Sanusi from the first leg.
The trio of Oghenekaro Etebo, Frank Onyeka and Joe Aribo will also start in the midfield with Innocent Bonke and Kelechi Iheanacho dropping to the bench.
Emmanuel Dennis and Ademola Lookman are favoured ahead of Samuel Chukwueze and Moses Simon in the attack while Victor Osimhen will lead the team’s attack.
